OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

You will never do Shake N Bake again!

1 c bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 c mayonnaise
2-3 lb chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Preheat oven to 350.
In a gallon ziplock bag mix all spices.
Coat each piece of chicken in mayo.
Put each piece in bag, shake.
Put in lightly greased 9x13 pan 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

*I have tried all bread crumbs that are sold in cannisters. Seasoned ones change the taste, there hasn't been one I disliked yet!
